About Unpack

Unpack is a curated reference database for packaging design. Every entry is a real example of packaging work, tagged with structured metadata so it's findable by format, style, color, and material — not buried in a feed or lost in a search engine.

The site exists because the packaging design industry has no dedicated reference tool. Inspiration boards scatter across Pinterest and Behance. Editorial blogs archive work without structure. Unpack is built differently: it's a database first, a gallery second.

Curation is the value. Every design is selected because it demonstrates something worth studying — a material choice, a typographic system, an approach to restraint or complexity that a designer or brand owner can learn from.
